I like the black grill. At least this was you've got an easy way to go back to standard too.

Well.... I was 99% sure I was going no arches and keeping her stockish but I just fell in love with a set of 10x6 rare ssr mesh wheels that would require me getting arches and or cutting/drilling some holes in her... I'm on the fence deciding if I should or not.... It's killing me!!!

I want a mini that is not the "typical" mini everyone has...love to be different and build stuff that only a few have done( if you get what I'm saying). Keeping it classic would be one route, esp since theres not many where I'm located or are arch-less. or I can fit these wheels that would be the start of a build/project.
What to do what to do!

Good news and bad.....

I guess I'll start with the bad, I just sold my 510 yesterday!! Really didn't want to but it was time to move on to another project and my mini can have all the focus. :)

The good news..... Is now I have some funds to build my dream mini!!
I just found an ordered these!! 10x6 +(3) ssr formula mesh wheels!! They've been my favorite wheel ever since I set eyes on them. Think they'll be a nice touch, plus I like things a little different I don't think I've seen these on Mini. (Please attach a pic of you have).
Planning on powered coating the centers white to match the roll bar.

This means My build will be going in a different direction than originally thought. More on that after these come, probably a good 8 weeks!!! Slow boat from Asia.

So...... While I'm still figuring out this project I did a little work on my front hi Los. I was spun all the way down but still had a 2- 2 1/2 finger gap up front so the lock nut came of and had to cut about 1/4" off the bolt since it interfered with te spring seat. Added some camber and the results are pretty good... I'm just able to fit 1 finger up front, no rubbing but the caster/toe is all over the place.

Now just waiting for new adjustable track bars than off to the alignment shop, hoping for mid next week. Don't want to be ripping up the tires. Here's. Pic of how she sits now

soooo I might have jumped to gun when said I already brought those Ssr's....
While waiting for the shop to set(over 8 days!) up payment, They would've been brought the same day I found if it was possible, I was going back and forth in my head on my build, flares, no flares.....,
In the end I think I'm deciding to go with the no flare look and hopefully take the car to the next level with some Ideas I have but those rare wheels are killing me! Hopefully be a little different than the norm. We'll see what I decide in a few weeks time.

Also had my horn start randomly sounding off(bad switch) plus my bright switch doesn't work so I ordered a new stalk to sort that out. All I need now are adjustable track bars since my alignment is all jacked up after I loweredi it. Than I'm off to the alinment shop!
